We offer free initial consultations as a way for us to find out more about the project and see if we are a good fit for each other.
We send out our initial consultation to all of our clients for us to sit and work through together during our initial questionnaire. From here, we put together an initial proposal with all of the services which we think best suit your needs and those of the brief. As this is a process and every project evolves as we go forward, this is open to amendments as we move through the project stages, but acts as a really good starting point. Once the proposal has been agreed upon and signed we ask for the 50% deposit to be made so that design work can commence!
WITHIN 2 WEEKS
During this stage, we have our design debrief and get to know you and your project more in depth. We want to know exactly where the space or spaces which we are working on are, who the space is for, what is needed of the space, why we need to incorporate specific elements and how we can achieve the best possible outcome. We then pull together inspirational imagery to create our mood board which forms the basis of our final concept and design.
WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS
After establishing a full brief, we begin work on our final concepts. We work on functional spatial planning as well as aesthetics; pulling together textiles, accessories and furniture which suit the scheme. We create shopping lists and specification booklets with all of the suggested pieces and present our schemes. Any necessary tweaks and amendments can be made before finalising and signing off the design.
WITHIN 4+ WEEKS
After the design is signed off and the invoice has been paid, we can begin to order the items and coordinate tradespeople, should they be required. For fully project managed services, we will orchestrate site visits and create thorough schedules of works. At this stage, we can install and style to create the finished scheme!

All of the furniture and paint was delivered exactly when needed and Christie was always available to contact and discuss any changes or concerns.

I was a bit overawed at the thought of decorating an entire house by myself but Christie took a lot of the stress away by helping me visualise what the finished rooms would look like and they turned out incredibly. My expectations have been truly exceeded. I love the little touches she has put into each room giving what used to be a very bland space, character and warmth. Christie was very attentive through the whole process, answering my many queries with care and consideration towards the initial brief and to the final result.

Absolutely loved working with LDID, Christie listened to our ideas and used these as inspiration for the colour palette. We wanted a refresh of our boys bedroom with his little brother soon to join but needed to keep key pieces of furniture and carpet. Christie was able to work with our existing pieces and bring together an exciting new concept. Loved the presentation of the mood board as I could really imagine the finished room. Would definitely recommend!

Christie was really helpful, approachable, and professional and through a video consultation we were able to discuss my ideas. The virtual design package she pulled together for me was perfect and had captured our discussions really well - she really understood what I was looking for and the itemised shopping list was also really helpful. It's still a work in progress but already looks so much better even with just some small changes following Chrisite's tips and advice. She's got a great eye for design and I will definitely be contacting her again next time I'm decorating!
