We offer FREE initial consultations to all of our clients and potential clients for the first hour. You are under no obligation to proceed with our services after this point, it is simply a chance for us to get to know each other, and the project requirements, better and see if we are a good fit for each other. We have an initial questionnaire which we send out to help us discover more about the likes, wants and needs for the space and gives us a base point for our discussion and if we proceed, our design.

We are based on the third floor of the Lillian Daph Store where we welcome you to come visit. This can be a great way to get interactive with pieces and colour palettes which you are drawn to and greatly influence the finished design. However, if you are unable to get to us, we are happy to come out to see your space, provided it is within a 45 minute drive of our studio in Saltburn by the Sea. If you do not fall into this area, we do provide free zoom consultations which will allow us to put together a proposal which we think best fits your needs.

From here, should you wish to go ahead with our services, we can come out to view the spaces and begin the design process via our 'design debrief'. This is a full breakdown of the project requirements and exact steps. We then send out your welcome pack which tells you all you need to know about working with us and what we need from you. Our full terms and conditions can be found here, should you wish to take a look and familiarise yourself beforehand.

What a fantastic experience. I was a bit overawed at the thought of decorating an entire house by myself but Christie took a lot of the stress away by helping me visualise what the finished rooms would look like and they turned out incredibly. My expectations have been truly exceeded. I love the little touches she has put into each room giving what used to be a very bland space, character and warmth. Christie was very attentive through the whole process, answering my many queries with care and consideration towards the initial brief and to the final result.
