For those who don't know, my interiors journey with The Lillian Daph Store began back in 2017, when I was in the first year of my degree and worked part time on the shop floor, interacting with customers and pulling together pieces to bring their schemes to life.
I loved really getting to know people and their projects in order to make sure that I had a real understanding of how they live their lives and how their spaces could best work for them. This is still one of my favourite parts of what I do, as a naturally inquisitive person who always has to know 'how' and 'why' something works I use that to my advantage when coming up with a concept. We want the Interiors that we work with to have Integrity. That is be cohesive, consistent and true to their history.
When thinking about this recently, it seemed fated that I stumbled upon one of the first ever blog posts that I created for the store back in 2019, almost 3 years to the day, in which I discussed how to make sure that you had integrity in your Interiors. I love that we are still saying the same things and using the same principles today (it shows that we really do have integrity!)
