We love to take photographs of our projects to use in our marketing for business purposes, including sharing on social media, press, publications, and advertising. We will obviously never disclose the address or any personal information about our clients without their permission. If you do not agree to us taking photos of the space before, during and after the project is complete, please express this to us in writing before we undertake the design process.
If you no longer wish to continue with our services, you can terminate the agreement at any time by notifying us in writing. However, you will be responsible for all outstanding fees and charges incurred to that point.
Occasionally, we might discover that we can offer further services to better suit your needs. If this should be the case, any additional services can be undertaken at an additional cost to be agreed upon by both parties before commencing.
We ask for a 50% deposit before design work begins with the remaining agreed upon costs to be paid within 7 days upon receipt of the invoice after the completion of the shopping lists. All desired items will be purchased through The Lillian Daph Store Ltd. outside of this design package. This package does not include any physical products, but we will assist you in any purchases or ordering that you may require after the finalised design. You are purchasing a design concept using our wide range of high quality suppliers, you are not under any obligation to purchase any of the items which we suggest, but we will work hard to do our best to create a scheme which you hopefully love and wish to purchase everything included to create the full design. We can also order paints from our trade accounts, which are next day delivery if ordered before 3pm, providing that the invoice is paid before we make the purchase,
The brands that we specify are not exclusive to Lillian Daph, therefore are available from other retail outlets, and as such we often get asked to price compare or price match. We are more than happy to compare and match, where applicable. We use recommended retail prices and reasonable margins to make sure that our prices are fair. Sometimes other companies have flash sales or offers which we cannot compete with as a small business, due to running costs and overheads. However, if you have any links to any products which you may have found cheaper, we are happy to investigate and price match if there is a discrepancy once any relevant tax, shipping and processing fees have been taken into account.
